I’m really not please with my glasses they are flemsy and not good quality I think it’s a great program but I’m not pleased

Currently super disappointed as I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on March 7th and I still have not received a confirmation email for my order. I have received several promotional emails from them however. I have called their customer help line 3 times today and it doesn’t even ring. Sends it directly to a voice automation saying that they are busy and to leave a message. I decided to do their “live chat” and send a message asking about the confirmation and then it tells me I will have a response within 24 hours. “Live chat” is very misleading. I am holding out hope that they get back to me within the 24 hours or I will be disputing my charges as they have taken the payment from me. There’s a lot of great reviews and I was very hopeful but I’m not seeing the good quality service that I have read about.

Ordered glasses a month ago. Now I want to share my impressions.I am amazed. The product is very good, has great quality and is very beautiful. The quality is great. The delivery service is good. I am going to the next order. Thank you.

Ordered glasses last November 2018,got them a week and a half later but as soon as I opened the case l knew they were the wrong lenses. Sent me reading lenses when l ordered distance ones. Said right on the order distance. Now March and after numeres call's and emails no results. Bruce

I am so incredibly happy with these glasses. I was nervous, at first, about buying glasses online without trying them on first. But the elitist class attitude of local stores made it impossible to find glasses within my budget. I have a very high prescription (-8.25, -8.75) so they are all the more expensive, yet I cannot function without them - at school, work, or even home. I cannot even express how impressed I am with Firmoo's glasses. They look even better than any that I found in any store, the styles are up to date and varied, and I was even able to afford the thinner lens options - that's pretty key when you have a high prescription like mine! I am converted. I shall never again spend a grand on a pair of glasses. Thank you Firmoo!

This is a revision of my previous review. I had received a pair of glasses with an obviously very off RX. I tried to return/exchange them but Firmoo's rep said it must be because the glasses were a slightly different size from my previous pair and they would just take some getting used to. They offered to exchange but I'd have to pay for shipping on the new pair plus the previous shipping. I really didn't think that was fair as it was their mistake. They then contacted me and offered to give me a coupon for the full amount of the glasses plus shipping. I asked where to send the defective pair but they asked me to donate them. So I ordered the same pair again and this time they are PERFECT. The vision in these is 100% spot-on, plus the glasses are gorgeous. The only reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I really did have to complain and so on in order to receive an actuall 100% exchange, which I think people should know. This is the one thing I think Firmoo should correct. At least offer to look at the glasses first before deciding the customer must be at fault or else just not "used to" the glasses, etc. Other than that, my previous pair with Firmoo is gorgeous and so is this one, and they have ground these pairs absolutely perfectly...I could not be happier. They have an incredible amount of choices and always carry the latest trends at a very low cost so I would recommend them overall.
