I had 3 prescriptions from the same doctor hoping they would be able to figure out the prescription. They repeatedly assured me they would put together a pair of glasses that were progressives for me. I came away with distance only glasses. I repeatedly tried reading with them and did a better job with them off. I’ll never buy from here again.

Really stylish vast variety glasses but little expensive Happy Purchase

The service is amazing!! If there’s anything you put in wrong they email you in the nicest manner to make sure which is great! I would recommend this company to anyone! :)

At first I was a tad bit skeptical since the only reviews I saw for firmoo were paid Youtuber reviews, but after purchasing glasses from them once, I have returned 3 times to get a few other pairs! I also like that if your someone like me with 2 different prescriptions for each eye, they email you to make sure that they have your correct prescription so that you can get your glasses on time. 10/10 , would use again! Currently waiting for my new pair of prescription sunnies to ship!

My glasses are currently being shipped, but the customer service was great. There was no wait time and they fixed my issue of my order being suspended. Very pleased with this company!! Will do another review when my glasses arrive :)

Great customer service, quickly responds, great frames and always gets my prescriptions correct. I recently ordered two pairs of glasses and when I got them the nose frame didn't fit my nose correctly and needed to return them. Firmoo refunded me and told me to keep the frames for back up or donate them. Very impressed!

Was skeptical but the prices are great! The glasses are great and I was pleasantly surprised. Purchased two really pretty pairs of glasses with the glare coating and non- transitions brand (though Transitions brand is available) transitions lenses for $163 about the price I paid at my eye doctor for one pair of glasses with all that! I love my new glasses and I highly recommend Firmoo! I will definitely continue to shop for glasses through Firmoo.
