I like to switch glasses with my outfits and never was able too because frames are so expensive, but firmoo made my dreams come true! Lol. Firmoo honestly has amazing customer service! I ordered a pair of glasses that really didn't fit well and made it more difficult for me to see but it was my fault for choosing glasses that were very different that the styles I'd previously had. When I contacted Firmoo about the issue they were very quick to respond and helped me pick out a new pair (all I had to do was pay for shipping). Within a week or so I had received my new pair and I absolutely love them! The glasses are durable and feel expensive! I previously had Ray Bans and I actually like my Firmoo glasses better. I was really skeptical to try out Firmoo because honestly....it's hard to know whether or not you can trust online eyeglass stores but I am so happy I gave them a chance and will definitely be ordering from them in the future. With each pair you order, you get a hard case, a microfiber bag, and a tool to fix your glasses when they become loose. Their prices are very reasonable and their lens options are pretty cheap compared to what I used to pay at my optometrist's office. Just to get anti-reflective coating would cost an additional $50 (which is ridiculous). Firmoo only charges about an extra $5 or $6 to get anti-reflective coating. [If you drive at night I highly suggest getting the anti-reflective coating!] Ordering on Firmoo is easy and it helps if you upload a picture and virtually try on frames before you buy them. Also, make sure to pay attention to the numbers inside your current frame because that will help you find a pair that will fit you properly. In terms of shipping, it was pretty quick. It took about a week or so from the date I ordered my glasses to when they arrived in California, USA. Overall, I had a really good experience and highly recommend Firmoo to all my friends now.

I have gotten several pairs of glasses. My prescription is a bit more challenging to fill, but they reached out and helped me find what would work with my prescription. When they arrived, they all look beautiful, but some just didn’t suit my face. They were great helping walk me through the return and exchange options. I was incredibly happy with my experience, and my CSR Molly was amazing.
