Dear customer, sorry for the inconvenience. We checked your orders. We found that you ordered 2 pairs of blue light blocking lenses. They are for computer use. We will email you to check with you which pair has the problem and solve it. We will never let you take any loss! Thank you!

Great glasses, loved the pricing. I know I order around holidays however it seemed to still really take a long time to get to me. Still happy with the glassed them selves though.

Hi Jane, sorry for the inconvenience. Generally speaking it may take 8 to 11 business days to process the progressive lenses. And then it may take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after shipment. Hope you could understand. Thank you for your time and support!
