If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered glass and sent my prescription, I can't even see through the glasses and they are way too big. They fall off. Wouldn't buy again. Found a much better company and the glasses are spot on. After this review I was told that I can get a pair of glasses but still have to pay for the lenses, what a joke. No thanks, I will end up with 2 pair of glasses that are absolutely useless. I sent my prescription. If they can't get it right then they shouldn't be in buisness.

They changed my 1 star to 5 star. I received the second order, which was supposed to be an exchange for my first order. The first order had issued a coupon of around 93 USD, which I used to place the second order. However, since the second order was cheaper, the coupon amount wasn’t fully used, and they didn’t refund me the remaining balance. When I received the second order, I noticed that the entire product was defective: the legs of the glasses were bent outward instead of inward. Customer service kept calling it a sizing issue, but it is absolutely a quality problem. Additionally, the clip-on does not fit the glasses at all—there is a very noticeable gap at the top. For the second time, I requested to exchange the glasses. I told them I would return this pair, but they only issued a coupon of about 80 USD, which does not fully cover my next order. Furthermore, they do not allow stacking this coupon with the website’s own coupons. This was never mentioned before at all. Communicating with customer service was extremely difficult; I spent over two hours trying to get through to them, and it was completely a waste of my time. I also tried to communicate by phone, but no one answered at all during their stated operating hours

Schnelle Bearbeitung, sehr gute Qualität und schnelle Lieferung. Den Kundenservice kann ich nur empfehlen. Habe schon 3 Brillen in 3 Wochen gekauft.

Ich hatte falsche Werte vom Optiker bekommen und musste nun die Brillen umtauschen bzw zurückschicken um mit anderen Werten nochmal neue zu bestellen. Firmoo war so kulant mir den Preis als Gutschein zu erstatten ohne Rücksendung der falschen Brillen, sodass ich sie nochmal neu bestellen konnte. Die Unbrauchbaren Brillen wurden dann an eine Organisation gespendet. Sehr zufrieden!

Glasses are made with good quality and I had a problem with the glasses being my first order, but they let me keep the glasses while sending me a replacement totally free, so, they won me as a new customer. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was really skeptical about buying from here mostly because of the price being so cheap. I wanted some glasses that were more funky than what you get on the high st and I'm so glad I took the chance because I'm absolutely in love with them! They are the cutest glasses and great quality, i liked how they were packaged and the information that was sent with them. There is a bit of a wait I suppose depending on what you need, i waited 4 weeks but I feel like it was worth it. I also contacted their customer services through the online chat as the date kept changing, i found them friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying another pair.

Lunettes à ma vue parfaite seulement je me suis trompé dans les mesures et le choix des lunettes, je les ai contacté le problème à été réglé le jour même avec le service client. J'ai recommandé une autre paire j'attends donc la livraison . J'espère que les nouvelles seront aussi bien question verres je ne regrette pas d'être passé par eux quand on voit le prix chez les opticiens j'espère pouvoir en dire plus quand je les aurais reçu.

I have ordered 4 pairs from them throughout the 3 year of needed glasses. Great glasses for the price. Yes, it feels a bit cheap quality but you get what you pay for and honestly it’s better than that. Worth every $ and the wait.
