First time customer and it was a very positive experience, would order again with out hesitation

One standout thing about Firmoo is the customer service and experience. Any time ive ever had an issue with any pair of glasses (ive been buying here for about 8 years now) they have always fixed the issue quickly and been very responsive. I even had a pair of glasses that broke maybe 5 or 6 months after i got them and they just asked for some photos before sending me a brand new pair, free of charge. Another time one pair came with a coating that wrinkled when i tried to heat them with a hairdryer to adjust the frame, and again they were replaced for free. This last issue was actually with the mail carrier (yuntrack) has basically held my glasses hostage for over a week, and after talking to customer service they assured they were contacting yuntrack to get the glasses moving- but after 3 more days of no movement i messaged again and they said they were going to ship a new pair with expedited shipping, AGAIN free of charge even though i offered to pay to expedite the. My original projected delivery date is still 5 days away and they still offered to do this. I really like firmoo as a company and all the styles they offer, but having prompt and competent customer service reps is a huge plus. Firmoo has made getting glasses not only affordable, but an enjoyable experience as well.

Occhiali per tutte le tasche e soprattutto di diversa tipologia di materiali e forme. L'ho provato qualche anno fa per curiosità e non l' ho più lasciato.Per chi ha dubbi chieda all' assistenza che in linea guida passo passo.Sia per le montature che per le lenti da sole che graduate io mi sono trovata benissimo e gli occhiali li ho portati a controllare dall' ottico.Unica accortezza avere tutte le misure.

Sehr gute Brillen, sowohl bei starker Kurzsichtigkeit, als auch bei Gleitsicht. Die Brillengläser sind genau so gut, wie von teuren deutschen Optikern. Ich habe inzwischen schon 9 Brillen bei Firmoo gekauft. Eine Brille wurde komplett erstattet, weil der Nasensteg in den Sichtbereich hinein ragte, völlig problemlos und ohne Diskussionen. Besser geht's nicht!

Jede Frage wird im Detail rasch beantwortet. Reklamationen werden sofort großzügig erledigt, selbst wenn einem die Fassung nicht passt. Ich kenne keinen Optiker, wo ich in dieser Art und Weise bedient wurde. Eindeutige Kaufempfehlung ohne Risiko!

Servizio veloce e tanti modelli disponibili. Per la qualità non ne sono convinta, soprattutto per le lenti graduate : ho ordinato con prescrizione le più costose con antiriflesso antigraffio ecc. ma già dal primo utilizzo ho visto che le lenti fanno riflesso e la montatura è stretta nonostante avessi preso le stesse misure del paio di occhiali che avevo fatto in precedenza da un ottico classico. Ho chiesto il rimborso e me l' hanno fatto in toto senza rivolgere indietro gli occhiali, questo l' ho apprezzato ma avrei preferito ricevere lenti delle caratteristiche indicate.
