I ordered two pairs of glasses on their buy one get one free deal. When I got them i really loved the frames but because my eye sight is pretty bad my prescription didnt translate over very well even though I put everything in correctly, I quadruple checked and I still could not see out of my new glasses. I was a little bummed. But I just took them into my eye doctor and they replaced the lenses and they are great now. Firmoo have really cute lenses but if you have weird prescriptions you might need to change the lenses when you get them.

I ordered glasses by chart measurement- too big- took three weeks to resolve- they told me to donate glasses so I did! I ordered another pair sent wrong prescription! Asked me to send BOTH pair back! I already donated first pair. Now they want me to pay to ship the wrong prescription (they sent me) back before they will credit me!! Send me a return label and give me my MONEY back!! Don’t waste your time with this company! Go use Zenni.com!
