I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and I didn’t like one of them. I reached to the Firmoo’s customer service about returning/exchanging the pair and they responded back promptly and politely.

Absolutely pleasant experience! My glasses arrived quickly after placing my order, not only that but I had to change my address in the middle of the order and customer service handled my request promptly! The best part is they are so cute and fit perfectly! My prescription was correct and I was shocked to see everything that came included in the package. I will definitely be ordering from Firmoo again.

I had an issue with the glasses due to incorrect prescription I received from my doctor on the first round and Allison was able to rectify the situation by offering me a full refund and expediting the second order with correct prescription. The glasses are great and so is the customer service. I highly suggest using Firmoo for all future orders as well as telling everyone I know.

Customer Service is excellent! My first pair of glasses gave me a headache due to the blue light lens and Firmoo replaced them for me. Those unfortunately, ended up getting lost through USPS. Firmoo was kind enough to replace those as well. Firmoo has hands down some of the best customer service around.

This is my third order and I am again highly satisfied. The only tricky part is measuring PD but once that is locked in, this is a breeze.
