Excellent service thus far. Much better than any other glass company I have dealt with. They really work with you if you are unhappy with your glasses. They consistently have wonderful sales. The try on feature is great and the glasses have been quality. I also love that tons of people upload pics with their glasses on. It is really helpful in judging how my glasses will look. More than any i've seen on a glasses website.

I love my glasses. So much so I bought another pair. My only wish is that they give you the option for polished edges. I use to spend a fortune for one pair of glasses. Now I have two pair for way less. So happy that my daughter told me about Firmoo.

I’ve purchased from other competitors for glasses at similar price points and have been happy with them but I was incredibly disappointed with firmoo. The prescription in the glasses is clearly not accurate (I have multiple glasses in the same script with no issues) and when I attempted to get them to rectify the issue they said it was because the glasses had no nose pads which would change the prescription. (Totally untrue, I have frames with nose pads and without in the EXACT prescription given to firmoo and both work fine)The option they gave me was to give me a 23.00 credit but wouldn’t cover shipping for a new pair, or to refund me 5 dollars for cost of glasses minus the shipping fee (!). Sorry but your customers shouldn’t have to pay shipping for a product they will never be able to use. The glasses made me dizzy, made my eyes water and gave me a headache after just minutes of wearing them. Don’t take the risk- purchase from zenni or eyebuydirect instead- I’ve always been impressed with them but NOT with firmoo.
