Great experience very helpful costumer service My son was able get new glasses after one phone call

First order from Firmoo and all was top!!! The delivery was super fast and the frame is great! I ordered a pair with prescription and it's the right one! I do recomend it! And will be going to order more in the future!

Firmoo has amazing customer service! My glasses had a problem with shipping so my post office sent them back to Firmoo's warehouse. Firmoo quickly sent them back to me for no charge. After that, the package got lost on its way to me at no fault of the company, and through the whole confusing and frustrating process, they were very responsive and truly cared about getting me my product. They assured me that I would never bear any loss regardless of what happened with the glasses, and when I finally got my glasses, I fell in love with them! The hard case and the cleaning cloth are way higher quality than I expected. They also included a little baggy of tools for repairing my glasses. I highly recommend this company; it's well worth the price!

I love the glasses, I wish the material was stronger. I feel like I am going to break them every time I go to put them on. I purchased the metal frames and am frankly scared of them breaking. I think my next pair will be either mixed materials or plastic to see if it is an issue with the frames themselves. I do appreciate Shandees efforts to keep me posted every step on the process. That is excellent customer service!
