Firmoo are by far the best glasses I’ve had. First, I received a code for FREE glasses, so I had to pay shipping and handling which was £8. Then it only takes around 5 days to arrive and I also received a free ruler and screwdriver to tighten my glasses. Thank you, would definitely recommend and will use again

I’ve order from Firmoo twice. I told a lot of people about them and bragged about how good and reasonable the glasses are. But I order a third pair from them. They ended up not fitting my face and I didn’t like them overall. So I just wanted to ship them back and exchange the pair I’ve received. So i have been calling and emailing Firmoo for the last 4 days NEVER got a response. I ended up telling a coworker how they aren’t picking up and it says “leave a voicemail”. She called and got right through. I ended up BLOCKING my number and got right through. Just to have the women be rude and not helpful. She stated that she would email me a coupon for my refund. I asked THREE TIMES what email are you sending it to? She never answered the question. I doubt I’ll receive the coupon/refund. But this will be the last time I order from Firmoo. I’m telling everyone I know about the customer service and how everything went. I’m going to Zennioptical for now on. Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!!!
