Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Service von Firmoo. Ich habe schon meine zweite Bestellung aufgegeben und zwei Brillen bestellt. Ich habe Gleitsicht und bin über 3 Dioptrien. Eine der Brillen habe ich mit Fahrgläsern bestellt, die ja nicht in der dünnsten stärke zu bestellen sind, und die Färbung und Spiegelung anders ist. Die Gläser waren sehr dick, so das die Brille mir rutscht und die Spiegelung war sehr stark, das es gestört hat. Ich habe einen Austausch beantragt, und das Problem geschildert und gefragt was man machen kann. Ich habe innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen. Mir wurde sofort eine Gutschrift in der vollen Höhe der Kosten geschickt. Ich habe sogar eine Mail bekommen mit Erklärung wie ich bei Großen Brillen bestelle, wie es sich mit den Gläsern verhält, tolle Erklärung! Habe gleich die Brille nochmal mit anderen Gläsern bestellt. Ich bin gespannt wenn die Brille kommt. Ich muss die falsch bestellte Brille nicht zurückschicken, kann sie spenden… Super Service und schnelle Problem Behandlung, Top Werde noch weitere Brillen bestellen! Vielen Dank liebes Firmoo Team

Einfacher Bestellvorgang und riesen Modellauswahl. Sehr kompetenten und überaus freundlichen Support. Die Brillen sind schnell angekommen. Habe jetzt 6 Brillen gekauft. Die Brillen sehen sehr hochwertig aus ! Wenn eine Brille nicht gefällt bekommt man den Kaufpreis als Gutschein gutgeschrieben. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Firstly my glasses didn’t arrive sadly, but this isn’t Firmoo’s fault. They sent me an email informing me they were out for delivery but the order never arrived. Evri neither informed or delivered my order. The 5 stars is for Firmoos customer service. I received an email from them asking for confirmation & satisfaction of order. I contacted to inform them that I had not received my order and the customer service was brilliant. Friendly, helpful, understanding. Offered options to resolve the problem. I will order from them again in the future… once I’ve spoken to my local Evri service!

I love my new glasses. They fit perfectly and the no line progressive is on point. The quality seems great. It does take a few weeks for them to arrive but not bad. I have ordered from a couple of other online places - the last pair I had to send back. Firmoo's selection and prices are great. Very easy to order online. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to print off your order with the specifications of the glasses. I wound up with about 5 pages and the info was disorderly.

My second time buying from Firmoo! The first pair was wrong but they quickly rectified my issue with an exchange the new ones arrived today and they are 100% better than my current pair from the opticians themselves, it feels like I’m seeing through 4K that’s how good they are, yet to try the photochromic change due to the miserable UK weather, but I hope they are good 👍
