The prices are crazy low, and the quality is top-notch! And if you have any problems they totally take care of you. When they say save 90%, they aren't kidding. If you need glasses, you need Firmoo. Excellent customer service

So my experience in the beginning was good. I got two pair of glasses and it was my fault for messing up the PD number. They let me keep the two glasses and gave me credit to order new glasses with the correct PD number. Unfortunately, the second time around one glass was VERY blurry and the other glasses was perfect. The reimburse me some money back for the frame. Now I have three glasses that's useless to me and one that works. On top of this I waited almost 6-7 weeks for my glasses. I understand the whole virus outbreak.... and their way of making up the delay was to give us a coupon with an expiration date..... they should have just NOT send the coupon that will expire. its like giving and "im sorry gift" and following it up with "Oh use it or lose. To top this off, they no longer give you a case for your glasses with a tool. Its just a cardboard box and a glasses bag made of the fabric you use to wipe your glasses with. No glasses screw tools. I suggest going to GlassesUSA.com Im disappointed.
