The best customer service!!! I broke the arm of my glasses after a year and contacted customer service to get the same frames and just put my old lenses in Those -since, because of corona virus I have not been able to work for 5 weeks and have no Xtra $ to buy all new glasses. They gave me a discount and let me order just frames. Customer service has been exceptional and promptly answered every email! As soon as I'm back to work will be ordering 1-2 more pairs as this company is excellent 😊

I took advantage of a free pair of glasses, only paying for shipping that was approx $10, so around £8. The glasses arrived today and I am very impressed with them. On first impression, they are sturdy and well made - I am an avid cheap glasses purchaser, and these are by far the best frames I’ve bought, on a par with a high street optician. I have zero issues with vision quality which suggests the lenses have been manufactured to a high standard. The packaging is fantastic for, let’s not forget, a FREE pair of spectacles. They came with vouchers for money off further pairs, a lens cloth, a good quality hard snap case and that came in a Lycra fabric dust bag. The glasses were despatched within 48 hours of me placing the order, and took around 14 days to arrive (I have waited the same amount of time for glasses from a high street optician), so don’t be put off by the fact they are coming from overseas. Overall, I would highly recommend Firmoo. If you’ve never had a pair of extremely cheap glasses and want to give them a try, this company by far have the best quality in my experience.

Honestly, I would have a more accurate review if I had the product, but being as its past the estimated delivery time and hasn’t even entered the US yet and the only thing they did was offer a discount on a future order or a return of the cost of shipping (I don’t want a stupid coupon or $5 back for shipping, I want my SIGHT BACK. Also, I specifically asked before I even placed the order if the coronavirus would affect my order (I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue) I don’t think I’ll be interested in purchasing from this company in the future. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been told that I’ll receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days. They said that my order was shipped out on the 9th of April but I NEVER got tracking info. How can you ship a product out without having tracking information to send to the customer? I get that this whole coronavirus affects certain things, but how is it that I can get other products from out of the country without an issue, but when it comes to this company I don’t have it. Somethings fishy with that, I don’t even know if shipping has been attempted yet honestly, but all I’m told is “just wait until your estimated shipping day, and we will go from there”. This company is not worth my time and if you can’t get me my product, just have the decency to refund my money so that I can go order glasses through my doctor now that they are open. 10/10 would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing, I loved my glasses. Also ordered glasses for my mom, hers were tight for her face and firmoo I was great and prompt with a return voucher code.
