I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses from Firmoo and received them. They are perfect except for the tint on one of them. I contacted Firmoo to exchange them and the Customer Service Rep told me to keep both and sent me a code for another pair!

My CSR Shandee responded pretty quickly to my issue and provided me answers to why my issue was happening and what I can do for the future. She so gave me options for a coupon for store credit or for a refund. I chose the store credit coupon and I'm excited about the new pair I ordered which I hope fits better. Shandee also sent me a follow up email to check in. I love how prompt she was to respond. Will definitely be a returning customer thanks to CSRs like Shandee.

My CSR Jennifer was great! This is my second time ordering from Firmoo. I wanted to try something different this time around and felt it would be a great opportunity because the price was affordable. I received the gorgeous pair of glasses but was not quite happy about how they looked on me.
