Positives:great promotional. Wide variety . Chat feature a plus! Now the negatives: incapable of owning a staff error. Had great expectations and was dearly disappointed. Miscommunication was abound. Questionable methods of resolution. What can be done to improve customer inquiries/challenges: investigate all sides, speak with the employee who inadvertently errored. Own it , then win the customers trust back. I'm less eager to order . I really did like their selections... Update edit: customer rep followed up. Gave a mutually agreed upon resolution.. Changed to 3 stars .

I'm only giving five stars based on customer service. The prompt communication is being exceptional. I don't have my glasses yet to rate those, but it is my hope they match the professional courtesy and outstanding customer service I've been provided by Jeniffer thus far.

I love my frames, and they are so affordable you can get a few and just sport different looks during the week. As I ordered them just before the coronavirus outbreak, they refunded my order and as soon as they overcame the situation with the deliveries, they contact me back to ask me if I still wanted my order and they did all the re-ordering process and delivered on time. I also realized I made a mistake with my prescription and their customer service was impeccable and efficient (Jennifer assisted me the whole time). I would definitely recommend and use them again when I want to change my look.
