The glasses I received were what I had ordered but thru no fault of Firmoo I wasn't happy with them. They offered me a credit for exchange or a refund, I chose the refund and they advised they would issue my refund and I could keep the glasses and donate them. It is a very generous gesture.

Glasses came quickly even despite COVID-19, and I was very satisfied with their quality. I didn't end up liking the frame I originally ordered and Firmoo let me exchange them for another pair without hassle! Will definitely be ordering again in the future
