FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Dear Firmoo Thank you for being so kind to me, it has not been easy these past few months for me due to my condo going up in flames, I lost everything, now the pandemic. It’s no fun not being able to see, I could not take care of any business online. Thank you for having great customer service and making people happy, I feel like things are turning around for me. You guys made me cry, tears of joy. I will definitely tell my friends about Firmoo. God Bless you and stay safe and well. DianaP.

Excellent service and care. Thank you

amazing service

Always very friendly and willing to help. I've ordered glasses from them before and they never fail to amaze me. If the sizes are wrong or anything they are more than willing to help you fix it. 10/10 review. I applaud them and their service and commitment.

I've ordered from Firmoo before and I've always gotten a hard case, repair kit and cleaning cloth. I ordered 7 pairs recently and none of the glasses came with these, just a cloth bag that doubles as the cleaning cloth. I'm not sure when this changed but I'm a bit disappointed since I was expecting the product to come with these things like they've had in the past. I'm not saying i'll never order again from Firmoo, but I may try another retailer like Zenni next time. Customer service has always been great though.

Large range of styles. Really good quality glasses for such a low cost. I've ordered twice now from the UK and received them really quickly. They look more expensive than they are.

Very detail oriented. Super friendly!
