I used to rate Firmoo pretty good. However I started to see a decline in their frames. They will say they are the same when they are slightly different from the ones I’ve ordered before. The sizes of frames are also off. I have bought many glasses from these place. I paid extra to get my lenses thinner. When I received them I saw no change in lens thickness. A rep tried to tell me that the size of my glasses made the lenses thicker. Frames can determine some thickness in lenses. However if I had a pair that was very similar and these were way thinner. These ppl will tell you anything! They do not like to hear the truth to better the company. This place will NEVER MAKE A DIME OFF ME AGAIN. It takes forever to get your order. It’s not bc of the pandemic either. I just learned they are based in China. They ship glasses from China to Cali. BEWARE! My optician which I’ve known since I was 10 laughed at your glasses on FaceTime. Btw we are in a Pandemic, STAY AT HOME ORDER! So I’m not going anywhere diff not over a pair of cheap glasses when I’m used to buying brands over $600.00 MY GLASSES ARE AS THICK AS A CUSTOMER WHO HAS A -9.00. Come on what a joke. I’m a - 4.75, -4.25. That’s a BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Btw Firmoo you proved my point by not wanting to hear the truth. Bc Firmoo just couldn’t make a mistake smh,everyone stick to your local doctor or store for eyewear!

Exceptional, reliable, and professional customer service! I have purchased more than three pair of trifocals, sunglasses, every-day specs, and happy with all and complex Rx are perfect. Jeannie is the best and will continue to share my positive experiences from Firmoo and hope you enjoy your experience as much as I have.

I just want to say that this was the best glasses experience I've ever had. It was easy to navigate. Help was always available if needed. But most importantly, I can see and look good in my glasses. Will definitely purchase more in the future. My prescription is correct and the package came neatly and on time. So excited. Than you :D

Bought three pairs of glasses here. One of them were not right for my pupils. Was willing to send back glasses for exchange or refund, they gave me a credit instead. I appreciate the work!

Just received my glasses and haven't tried yet but i have to say: Wow, so far, everything related to this company is golden. Just received my glasses and I HAD to write this review. Firmoo is awesome! Perfect customer service, awesome quality and funny thing is I couldn't even read my prescription! I uploaded it on the website and Firmoo did me the favor! They send ur glasses with a bag, cleaning tissue(that special fabric thingy) AND a BEAUTIFUL case with world map on it 😍 I'm obsessed with the quality! The shipping time to Japan is long tho (2weeks or so, during the Covid-19 crisis), but totally worth it! Never thought I'd actually write a review here but ya 😂
