I recently had an issue where ups said the package I had ordered from firmoo was delivered, when it wasn't. I emailed firmoo and they immediately helped point me in the right direction. They were so patient and immediately assured me that I would have no loss in this interaction. I just received my package two days later, it must have been a glitch in the system. The whole experience was amazing, they were super responsive, and ready to help!

I placed an order with expedited shipping on November 7 and never received my order. I’ve spoken with 5 or 6 different Customer Service agents that provided conflicting information. I didn’t receive my tracking number so I called and suddenly my tracking number was sent immediately after. Tracking showed the package was in pre-shipment meaning a label was created and my order was in NY waiting to be picked up. I was told USPS didn’t scan the package but it was on its way and would be delivered on time (11/20). That date came and went. After a week no package so I called gain and was told the package is not coming from NY but CA and I will receive it soon. Another Rep stated they will be listing the order as lost, my money will be refunded but I will still receive my order. I spoke with 2 other agents that assured me the package was still coming but definitely from NY. I live very close to NY so a month delay seemed strange. Every time I spoke with an agent I received an updated tracking email still showing the package in pre-shipment. I contacted USPS and they stated they never received the package from Firmoo. The last Rep I spoke to told me the glasses are not coming and I can re-order them...re-order glasses that were never sent! Worst experience ever! I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase frames.

but felt like i had to leave one! glasses are great and they only took NINE days from my order to them delivering it on a sunday. With covid, black friday, christmas etc etc, i think that’s pretty amazing. i was shocked when the courier came to the door with my little parcel!
