Absolutely excellent service only contacted them once just to check a delivery status and was an instant reply..the glasses are perfect.. brilliant fit and excellent quality..would recommend to anyone..only 2 weeks delivery from China to UK..5 stars

Ordering was simple and Firmoo has a large assortment of frames. I thought I was ordering clear frames and they ended up being a tiny of pink, but I actually don't mind it. From order to shipment was less than two weeks. Tracking info was a little behind, but I was confident they'd arrive. The glasses are a great fit, my experience was better than WarbyParker.

I don't know where to begin... Everything was perfect. Glasses arrived less than a week. The site has so many discounted codes available to make it even more affordable. All the styles are so current. In Ireland it would have costed me €80 to thin down my lens (on top of the glasses frame) as I'm -5.50. With this site I only paid €33 for blue light distance glasses with thinning. The customer service chatbot also worked swiftly. I misspelled my address and phone number. The staff was able to fix that instantly.

After attempting to contact Firmoo customer service about my new glasses falling apart and getting no response, I decided I was not going to order from them again. I made this known in my original review; however, they responded to my review almost immediately. It turns out that they were not receiving my emails. Once we figured this out the service was excellent! They contacted me via email and by phone and gave me a credit to cover the cost of my broken glasses so I ordered another pair. They made sure that they were delivered to me as fast as possible. Thank you Firmoo!

Hi Tammy, sorry about that. Upon checking, we only received one email from you and it's replied on the same day. Please kindly check whether the addressee is [email protected]. To provide a reasonable solution and check whether some suggestions can be provided, our email service representatives need to check every case carefully. Please don't worry. We will check the case again. We will take full responsibility if it's due to our liability. Please kindly check your email including the spam folder. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Never really was a person to order stuff off the internet but definitely happy I ordered my glasses from firmoo. The customer rep went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed and the tutorial videos were a great help too. I got my glasses today and totally in love with them will definitely make future orders from there again

Kudos to the Customer Support Service Team. The Live Chat helped to answer many questions, especially about their return policy. Very patient and thorough overall. Note: Not all the Customer Service Reps have the same depth of knowledge. This was my experience when it came to seeking assistance with my face shape and needing a certain frame size. ***The Pickle*** I sought high and low for lenses to block out day/night glare driving. I chose the driver lenses and it DID NOT DELIVER. Tested it out with night driving and it did not do anything to reduce the glare of oncoming car lights. *Due to not wanting to pay a return shipping cost, I am keeping the glasses and will seek another online/in-store retailer for driving lenses.* ***Another side pickle is the eye glass pouch & cleaning cloth. Was it suppose to double as a cleaning cloth since there was none inside the pouch?*** Keep in mind that there is no eyeglass case included. On the upside of my 1 pair from Firmoo, the fit of the glasses is great.

Hi R.Chan, sorry to hear that. We will keep enhancing the training for our customer service representatives. Thanks for your feedback. For the issue about driving lenses, can you email us the order no. to [email protected] for better checking? We are wondering whether there is something wrong with the order since driving lenses usually reduce anti-glare effectively though not completely. Please don't worry. If it's due to Firmoo's liability, we will take full responsibility. For eyeglasses case, a plastic case will be sent freely. Can you check the package again? Besides, glasses pouches are designed to work as cleaning cloth as well. Thanks and take care. Looking forward to your reply.
