I had a sight fit issue with my first pair of frames so I contacted Firmoo and they replaced the frames no fuss! New frames are perfect—so cute!!

Really surprised! bought some prescription sunglasses off of here because i couldnt justify buying £100 ones from specsavers. i can see out of them perfectly and the frames are gorgeous! they are a bit more flimsy than my specsavers frames but for £30... you really can't go wrong. I'm actually about to buy more right now when i thought id leave them a nice wee review hahaha

I'm very happy with my purchases of several Firmoo frames with prescription lenses. I added clip-on shades to my last order, and they work pretty well, except that one of the clip-ons came apart the first time I tried them. Firmoo customer service was excellent: after I provided images of the problem, they offered to make it right and reimburse me.

I have been a customer for some time already and I absolutely love all their products. I recently ordered a frame in which unfortunately i asked if I can exchange it. They replied within a few hours giving me a coupon and telling me to keep the frame or donate it. Thank you to Claire who replied to me. I am exceptionally impressed!
