My glassess arrived today, lovely packaging, modern and secure. I used the £3.00 code, so got my new prescription glasses for £3.00, never had such a good deal. I can honestly say I'm made up with them, they fit perfect not too big, love them to pieces. Thankyou so much. Will buy again when i get new prescription. A*****

These glasses are beautiful! I was looking for a new pair of glasses as my £140 pair from a high street opticians broke within a year so just wanted something cheap. I order two pairs for £50 with express delivery and I prefer them both to my previous pair. Absolutely worth the money (I'd have paid £50 for one pair) and they came so fast. I will definitely be buying from Firmoo again!

First time ordering off this website so I was quite skeptical about how the glasses would look on me but i LOVE them and the prescription is perfect. Ordered on Nov 28, arrived Dec 18th. Super affordable and customer service is topnotch. 10/10 would recommend 😉

Great website, choice, service, price and delivery. Products arrived from China faster than schedule. I have been purchasing from Firmoo since 2011. I am yet to be disappointed. New Zealanders: The prices at NZ stores are way over the top.

I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses on the 12/10/2020, I checked the track & trace website and it stated the glasses had been delivered on the 29/10/2020. There were no glasses delivered to me....I went to my post office who informed me the label on the package did not state a name so it couldn’t be signed for. Firmoo informed me they would send a replacement pair of glasses but I would have to pay the carriage, I refused this as if the package had been correctly labelled with my name I may actually have received the glasses. I started the process of disputing the payment with my card company & then Fuoo were happy to send me the replacement glasses with no extra costs. I received the replacement glasses only to find they were not even the frames I had ordered and the lens prescription was incorrect and I couldn’t see a thing. I sent several e-mails to firmoo informing them of the error but no response was received. I then received a call from them asking me to send pictures of the glasses I had received and a copy of my eye prescription. Another week went by so I sent another e-Mail asking what was happening with regards to their error, I received another phone call from Firmoo who now told me that the I had filled in the prescription on their website incorrectly!!, THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. so now 10 weeks after paying my £42.00 for a pair of prescription glasses, I am £42.00 down and still have no prescription glasses. I WOULD AVOID FIRMOO LIKE THE PLAGUE I would like to point out that I did not leave this review in order to have a Jeremy Kyle style disagreement on Social Media with Firmoo and disregard their reply as the facts haven’t changed. Since posting this comment I have been offered a coupon for the value of £37.50 for which I can order a new pair of glasses but will be required to pay the carriage costs!!. They have received my order and payment, and I have not received my goods.

Hi Lisa, sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lost parcel. It is likely caused by the pandemic effect. We were trying to deliver your package in the committed timeframe, but there are still some unpredictable situations or chaos which caused the lost parcel. We appreciate your kind understanding. Moreover, we were looking into your issue. For the remade order, we remade the exact same pair as the lost pair. After we made a comparison of your original prescription script, we found that you offered us the wrong prescription by mistakenly filled the "+" sph value with "-" sph. Plus lenses and minus lenses carry different functions, which give rise to blurry vision. For your concerns, our CSR will contact you with a satisfactory solution very soon. Please check your emails then. Thanks!

Ordered the YSL1718024M frame, and absolutely adore the glasses. Predicted delivery was 21/12, and they arrived 16/12, perfectly packaged, and just as described. . Never tried Firmoo in all my years buying glasses online, but will definitely order again. Really impressed, thank you!
