Nice glasses at an affordable price. Was able to exchange a pair that didn't work for me for a different lense option easily.

When I received my glasses, they were too big for me. I requested an exchange, and was contacted less than 24 hrs. later. Not only will I be able to exchange the glasses, I do not have to send the original pair back. This process has been made very easy and convenient for me, and I greatly appreciate that. I am a customer service professional myself, and this is the way you do it if you want happy repeat customers. Very satisfied.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Firmoo bestellt und es wird definitiv nicht das letze Mal sein. Die Lieferzeit war knapp eine Woche und die Brillen sind qualitativ gut verarbeitet. Ich hatte jetzt zur Probe nur die Standardgläser genommen. Bei den günstigsten Preisen ist aber mein Rat ruhig etwas mehr für die Gläser auszugehen, da sie doch sehr spiegeln (stört aber beim sehen nicht) und etwas dick sind (-3.75 Dioptrien). Aber auch das fällt bei den sehr dünnen Rahmen garnicht auf. Ich empfehle Firmoo auf alle Fälle weiter.

Absolutely faultless service, Pre sale and after sale. Glasses take a couple of weeks longer, but the staff are exceptional and go that extra mile to assist you, none of the you’ve paid so there’s nothing we can do. I would highly recommend. Glasses at a fraction of the cost in UK. 😀
