Absolutely lovely customer service. I emailed them about a broken frame that I received and they replied within hours and gave me a coupon to get a new pair for the price I paid. It was very easy! They went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

After purchasing $300 glasses in store that were defective and super heavy from another company I wasn’t happy with the idea of going into stores trying on more so I decided to checkout firmoo. My 1st order was great, the glasses were super light & fit my face perfectly plus they have a great selection of kids sizes. They also have a huge selection of rings for sunglasses. My second order had some defects probably from being tossed in shipping and I was given a coupon to replace them.

I have been ordering from this website for quite a while. Over the years, I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses some with prescription some without. When I had questions they answered them very fast. When I had problems with the glasses, everything was sorted very fast. If I need glasses in the future again, I will know where to go!
