I was referred to Firmoo by my daughter who had made a purchase and was very pleased. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as I needed progressive lenses. The online assistance was great and the website very easy to navigate. I plugged in all my information and was assisted virtually at every step. I am retired and using the online program was very straightforward. I received my order at about 2 weeks time. I will use Firmoo again in the future and do recommend this company for their good products and reasonable prices.

We received both glasses in perfect condition! It’s great how they each come in their own box with a bag!!

glasses don't last very long. cheap chinese junk. Horrible customer service as well.

Very good quality for the price. The only thing I will suggest they need to work on is the postage. As it takes ages to arrive. and Aside from that. everything about this website is fanatics with various good quality glasses.

Got to say this company’s customer service team are excellent i had issues but was sorted out with no problem will deffo recommend and use again :-)
