Was a bit dubious about ordering varifocals online but I have to say I am so happy with them. And the service was great too, just over a week which would be about the same if I got them in store. Super service would recommend x

I spoke with Maricar quite a few times. She was very helpful and kind. It really felt like she was going the extra step to make me feel like she cared about my issue and wanted to help & she did. I would be happy to chat with her again.

I've been ordering from firmoo awhile now and Love the glasses, but also love how attentive and helpful they have been when I make a mistake when ordering. Fantastic customer service.

So unfair that the costumer keep getting punish because when the costumer bought the glasses didn’t know that the lenses were out of stock. Super scammy vibes from the company. Costumer service is awful

I was recommended to Firmoo from a friend and will be referring them to other friends. Very great prices that are much appreciated.

I've ordered at least 20 pairs over the last 5 years. Reliable. They've gotten even quicker at turn around time. 15$ lenses are just as good as the 300$ lenses my optho has. If you're like me, and you love to change your style daily and prefer not to wear bougie glasses (that always ends up breaking or getting scratched) Firmoo is it! Sturdy. The sport lens is extremely hard to damage. I drop mine all the time, still look brand new.

Excellent experience, my first order didn’t fit so I started a claim for return but they gave me a full refund and let me keep the glasses. The second glasses arrived early and they were beautiful, fit me perfectly as well. Definitely buying again from Firmoo.
