I ordered sunglasses. I did not understand when I ordered that the sunglasses could not be bi focals. I could have ordered regular glasses and had them tinted but I loved the glasses that were pictured in the ad. When I contacted Firmoo about lack of reading ability they gave me all the info and offered me a refund or credit. The company was fast to reply and it was a great experience dealing with them.

I ordered two of the most amazing glasses that came within a week of my ordering them. Once I tried them on, there was an issue with the prescription; they were quite blurry. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. I was unable to get the situation rectified, due to my schedule, but the customer service rep did everything she could to assist. I requested a refund, and it came within a day. I hate that I was unable to use the glasses, but I’m so happy with the service I received. I will definitely be back! Thank you Firmoo. Your customer service is amazing!

I ordered two pair of glasses and I inadvertently made an error on my prescription. Firmoo asked me to send a copy of my prescription to them and they sent me two new pair at no cost to me. They have asked me to donate my first set to the needy. I am so impressed by the customer service at this company. I will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions. The quality is excellent as well. Thank you Firmoo!
