I always end up using them over any site because they always have some great sales goin, great frame options that have low starting prices even with out the sales. I can get many prescription glasses and sunglasses for the price i used to get for one!!!! they last me just as long as the others if not longer tbh. i always get complements with the glasses from here too. More then anything i have to say i love their attention to detail, fr their customer service is so amazing. i received a text putting about them putting my order temporarily on hold and i called, the person was calm and kind. the hold was because i had forgot to change just one of the pupillary distances of the four pairs i bought from my old one to the new. i have dyslexia so you see i hadn't picked up on it in the slightest even after checking them multiple times over because the same numbers where included in different order from my old one. i know that seems small to some but only hours after submitting my order of four glasses someone actually noticed one little mistake on my part and actually brought it to my attention to make sure if it was an error or not instead of just putting it through and makin it. idk this is the type of thing that makes me feel one has gone above and beyond with details of work. for someone like me it really means the world and makes me feel all the more happy i keep being a loyal customer. i regularly share the site with any glasses wearers i run into and talk up tbh haha. i recommend 10/10

I was not satisfied with my purchase because my glasses didn't fit how I would have liked them to, and I also plainly didn't like how the frames fit my face. After contacting customer service, I was helped by Maj, and they were wonderful in helping me and I was even more satisfied with the help I got than I would have been if I initially liked the frames. I don't think I've had a customer service experience as good as this one!

The whole experience was so easy and straightforward. I ordered a pair of clear single vision and a pair of single vision sunglasses. Both fit perfectly and the prescription was perfect. Hopefully if you buy from Firmoo your experience will be as nice as mine!

Even though I could not wear the glasses that I had ordered since Ii could not get used to progressive lens, Maj of Firmoo was very helpful in helping me get a refund and also suggested alternatives. They were very prompt and courteous in replying to my queries, that I have already placed an order for bi-focals. Excellent and prompt customer service
