The website has definitely improved over the years. For me, the reason why I've stayed loyal to Firmoo over the years is the amazing price for the quality of glasses and they offer so many assortments and gives you a lot of information about if the glasses will fit you. Most recently I've noticed they implemented something where if the measurements of your glasses don't fit for the prescription/face frame you inputted, they'll notify you upon check out. Which is great since there was one time where this happened to me (my glasses broke so I was in a rush to get new ones) and I was able to avoid purchasing a size too large for glasses like I've done in the past for other places. They also have a large variety of glasses and you can now add on sunglasses lenses on there too! They already had the sunblock, blue light, anti-scratch, anti-smudge add-ons but it's so good that you can turn your regular glasses into sunglasses without purchasing a whole new pair of glasses!

I've received the best service ever from firmoo. Loved how quick they respond to emails and how quick they ensured I receive my parcel. The quality of their glasses is out of this world. I'm very happy.

Fantastic service. The glasses I chose arrived in good time.amd were perfect and only cost 58 quid with thin lenses, blue light filter and are scratch resistant. I will be getting all my glasses from Firmoo from now on.

Lenses are cheap and bad quality. If you order with diopter they distort the view. When you want to send them back they reduce your refund with their post cost and you need to pay for sending back with tracking number. So your trust and experience will cost you at least 20 €. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that Peter. If any after-sale issue is due to Firmoo's liability, we will take full responsibility and cover the shipping fee; otherwise, it's hard for us to bear the fee which was paid to the logistics company. Also, we process glasses in accordance with the prescription in the order. If any customer can't see, we will do our best to help customers find out the root cause, then they won't experience the same. If you are still confused about the cause, can you send the order no. to our email? Or contact our Livechat agents(24/7). We will be glad to clarify it for you.
