Great deals and great service! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One didn't fit me great, and I emailed customer service. They replied almost immediately and gave me a coupon code for another pair.

I received damaged glasses from Firmoo, I reached out to customer service with photos and was replied to promptly. I was offered the full amount I paid plus shipping in store credit to purchase another pair. They answered all of my extra questions kindly and quickly. I was a returning customer, but the customer service I've received has persuaded me to only use Firmoo to buy online prescription glasses.

Firmoo not only has great glasses that are well made and on-trend, but they have them at the fraction of the cost you'll pay at the optometrist's office. Their customer service is prompt and helpful as well. I will only ever buy my glasses from here.

Bei der ersten Brille haben wir uns bewusst für die günstigste Variante entschieden. 12 Euro inkl Lieferung. Wir haben inzwischen sogar schon eine Gleitsichtbrille erhalten. Nun kam am 18.09.21 von TNT Fedex eine Zollrechnung für die 12 Euro Brille in Höhe von 28,67 Euro. Was soll das, müssen wir das bezahlen? Wer hat Erfahrungen?
