New to the site. Ordered glasses and was unable to see out of them. Firmoo staff extremely helpful and nice and refunded my money. I corrected my PD and ordered again using refund and new glasses are WONDERFUL!! Love them and will be ordering again. Thank you FIRMOO

Firmoo was recommended to me by a friend, I was skeptical at the beginning but I am glad I went for it.. Great customer service! Since it was my 1st time, I have gotten glasses that unfortunately didn't fit me. I contacted them and got offered a coupon in less than 24h so I can get other ones. I just had to pay the shipping fee again but at that point I didn't mind. The glasses I chose the 2nd time were good and perfect for me. I can only recommend

Lieferzeiten sind utopisch. Über die Qualität kann ich leider noch keine Auskunft geben, da ich meine Brillen nach wie vor noch nicht habe. Man kann definitiv nicht von den angegebenen Lieferzeiten ausgehen! Man bekommt zwar Rabatt auf die nächste Bestellung oder die Lieferkosten werden erstattet - bringt einem aber trotzdem nichts, wenn man die Brillen braucht, und diese einfach nicht ankommen. - Update, sind vermutlich während dem Transport irgendwo verloren gegangen oder so. Aussage von Kundenservice war schwammig.

Wow. The glasses I ordered were beautiful and came earlier than expected, but they were too big for my face. I asked for an exchange and got an email back immediately with information to exchange. I got to keep the glasses I got for free! I strongly recommend firmoo they are great I'm very satisfied with their service!
