Il 24 ottobre ho fatto un ordine per occhiali da vista graduati.. Consegna per l 8 novembre. Ad oggi 10 novembre nessuna consegna. Nel tracking dice che è stato consegnato al corriere locale il 7 novembre. Da lì tutto fermo.. Spero sia stata utile la mia recensione.

I ordered a pair of glasses. I assumed they were transitional glasses and when they came they were sunglasses. I called the company and they credited my account and I was able to order the correct lenses. I only had to pay for shipping. I would recommend the company.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size frame. Firmoo was very understanding about it and gave me the best service possible. Beautiful quality and very affordable. Thank you for making this experience smooth.

5 starts isn't even enough to say how amazing this company is! Their customer service is unmatched, the quality of their glasses is decent. I don't think I'll be buying my glasses elsewhere. Delivery time is reasonable. There was a time I didn't realise mt coupon code had expired and they renewed it for me. I've brought three pairs of glasses from here and will be buying my husbands one from here!

I had to do the return of my glasses because they got too big and it keeps falling off my face. Karen emailed me right away and solved my problem. Thank you!
