Probably the best glasses retailer I've ever ordered from. Not only are my frames exactly what I wanted, but my prescription came out perfect and customer service helped me get back into my account when I both forgot my password and couldn't get the 'reset password' email to hit my inbox.

I've used Firmoo since 2018 - they are delightful to deal with. I already loved them for pricing, selection and fast delivery. Then on my last order, I needed to make an exchange, and they were so helpful and responsive. It could not have been easier. 13/10 - will use again!

Purchased 2 pr glasses in same prescription I've had for years. I cant see properly through the lenses, its like looking through a coke bottom (and I dont have a strong prescription). Emailed company 3 times, no responses (not in my email spam either). Raised a paypal dispute. They sent 3 generic messages back taking maximum time between each, so the duration of the dispute will end (and therefore they are not accountable). I will continue to raise disputes, I can't use what I paid for, error is at their end and Im $70AUD out of pocket. Do not use this company, use eyebuydirect or Vision Direct, no issue with either of these.

These glasses are phenomenal. I couldn't believe how well made they are, the precision of the lens, and the overall quality. I strongly recommend this company, and I'm telling everyone how great y'all are.

Kindly handled my request and allowed me to exchange my item within 30 days of purchase. I only had to pay for shipping.
