We are thrilled with our order. We purchased a pair of glasses for our 11 year old daughter. Kids are hard on glasses, so the quality and more then anything the price was perfect. Ordering on line can be a bit scary compared to a local purchase. But, the order was filled quickly, the prescription was right on and the fit was perfect. I will be doing business with this company again.

My right and left eye prescriptions have a big difference, and they reached out to me per mail to double-check if I put in the right information. Such an amazing customer service! Will mostly recommend Firmoo

Maricar was very informative and helpful with processing my exchange. I’m happy to know there is somewhere I can donate my old glasses.
