Firmoo offered me a great service from shopping to making an order up until I received my order in SA. Their sales consultants are always readily available to help you. Their spectacles are super nice and stylish. Thumbs up to you Team Firmoo!

WOW! Adorable glasses, fast shipping. So much nicer than I would have ever thought possible at this price point. This was my second purchase from Firmoo, and I was as in love with the first, as I was with the second. This is the only place that I will purchase glasses from. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Sorry to hear that. Upon checking, the parcel is on the way to the next facility of USPS. Shippping may not be updated as fast as before especially due to lack of manpower at this tough time. Please don't worry. We will be responsible for your parcel and try our best to deliver it as early as possible. If it's not delivered on or before the ETA, March 6, please feel free to contact us for compensation. Thanks for your understanding and patience. BTW, if you need glasses urgently next time, express is recommended, which is faster than standard shipping. For any confusion while placing an order next time, please contact our Livechat agents freely. They are available 24/7. Thanks and take care.
