My address was incorrectly entered and I really nice representative called me and left a voice message about how best we can communicate about getting it fixed. He called me back within 2 hours and he was sooo nice about resolving the issue. I got my glasses 3 days after. I’ve been shopping with firmoo for over 5 years now and I’ve never had an issue with them. I was pleasantly pleased at their prompt response to correcting my address. Them have certainly securely a lifelong customer.

My glasses are absolutely perfect and would 100% recommend to others. The frames are absolute quality and really light weight and very comfortable. The lenses for my prescription are spot on as well. The try on feature is very accurate as when my glasses arrived they looked how I expected. The delivery service is also brilliant , i ordered on the 19th and had them by the 25th , which was sooner than the time given. Excellent customer service , I will definitely be using firmoo from now on 🙂
