I used their online face tracking app to try on my glasses before buying, but unfortunately when they arrived they were considerably bigger than they appeared in the app. It's most likely my fault for not putting in the correct pupil distance or some other metric, but when I emailed to explain my situation they offered me a full refund AND didn't require me to send them back. Shame about the poor fit, but very happy customer experience.

I've used this website twice now and am still shocked they can offer prescription lenses at such cheap prices! Quality is above what you would expect for £5 glasses and the customer service is second to non. My most recent order arrived with the wrong prescription (this could have been my fault!) and they offered a voucher to re-purchase the glasses with the correct prescription. I will continue to use and recommend Firmoo to all my glasses wearing friends and family!

First time ordering glasses online! Super skeptical at first. So much frames to choose from almost overwhelming and I got buy one get one free! 2 pairs for 24 quid?! There was a delay in the package flight. But I was told and I was refunded my shipping cost which was very nice. Super happy overall! Bit of a wait for it but was due to delay and can’t complain for how much I’ve saved compared to the opticians! Loads of picture reviews too on the glasses which is helpful. I overall would definitely recommend and great for those who need to see and don’t want to pay a fortune haha! Thanks firmoo x
