My experience was a perfect one! I received my glasses and I adored them. They looked amazing , the lenses where spot on! One leg , on week two became locked part way open making them impossible to wear. I contacted firmoo and they sent out the same glasses at no cost ! They arrived swiftly, no hassle, quick service! I love these glasses and thank you Firmoo !

My glasses were lost by FedEx and they weren't delivered as stated, so I contacted Firmoo and they gave me the option of either getting a full refund or they would remake the order and send it to me. I chose to have the order remade. I ended up getting that new order and FedEx found the lost order so I contacted Firmoo and told them I now have 2 sets of my glasses. They told me to keep both sets as a gift from Firmoo!! Unbelievable customer service!! Love Firmoo!!

My experience was frustrating at first because my glasses were lost in transit. Firmoo was eager to get a replacement sent out which the Apt # was missing off package so they were sent back. Firmoo issued me a full refund. Once they received glasses they still confirmed my address and sent out my glasses. I am grateful that they went out their way to satisfy me as their customer. I will continue to shop with Firmoo. My glasses were perfect and my prescription was very accurate. I would recommend Firmoo to everyone, especially those with prescriptions. There are always great deals on frames. You literally will save hundreds a dollars choosing Firmoo!

I ordered two pairs of glasses on Feb. 9th and got them delivered on Feb 23rd. I used standard shipping and I will use express shipping next time. When I took them out of the Flourescent green boxes I loved what I saw. The quality and build is great. I put them on and I could see so much clearer. I took a selfie and sent it to my wife and she loved them. I changed my profile pic on social media. I love these glasses and I'm pretty sure that I'll be ordering a stylish pair soon. Where I live the local stores would charge over 3 times the amount for what I got the glasses at Firmoo! I give them 5 stars. I have already referred them to friends and I have another pair in my cart already
