Glasses arrived within a few weeks and the quality is great! I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be ordering from firmoo again. Customer service is also 10/10.

Honestly, I was surprised with the quality of the sunglasses and how fast I would receive the item. It arrived sooner than expected. I accidentally stepped on them but was able to adjust it back to normal. Still feels and looks great. I wear it mainly when driving and have no issues with it at all. I am also satisfied with how it fits on my face. Although I have smaller eyes and chubbier cheeks with no nose bridge, it fits perfectly. It may slide down a bit from time to time but I'm used to it and don't mind that at all. I do like that it doesn't touch my cheeks since I have issues finding anything that won't touch my cheeks. I will definitely be repurchasing from this site in the future.

At first I had some doubts regarding the service for that price, but it was useless to have these doubts. I have received my prescription glasses in 10 days, (from China to Hungary) and the glasses are perfect! Both the frames and the lenses are high quality. Since then, I placed another order, and I had to contact the support because I forgot the clip-ons for my lenses- they allowed me to change my order and modified it for me. 5/5!!

Great glasses at a great price!

Da mir der Optiker zu teuer ist und ich gerne mehrere Brillen hätte, um meinen Style ein bisschen aufzupeppen, dachte ich, ich geb dem Ganzen mal eine Chance. Auf der Website findet man hunderte von Gestellten und verschiedene Ausführungen der Gläser. Ich habe mir zwei normale und eine Sonnenbrille ausgesucht. Von Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es ca. zwei Wochen gedauert, also auch ca so lange wie man beim Optiker wartet. Für alle drei Brillen habe ich, minus Rabattcode, ca. 115€ bezahlt. Beim Optiker zahlt man mit einer einfachen Fassung und einfachen Gläsern ca das gleiche. Als ich die Bezahlung getätigt habe würde ich etwas stutzig, da der Hersteller scheinbar in Shanghai sitzt und auch der Empfänger der Zahlung in chinesischen Schriftzeichen angegeben ist. Ich wollte nicht voreilig urteilen also habe ich brav auf die Brillen gewartet. Der Link zum Tracking kam ein paar Tage später. Die Fertigung hat ca drei Tage gedauert. Die Brillen kamen gestern an und was kann ich sagen? Ich bin absolut zufrieden! Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen kann ich nur sagen dass die Stärke, trotz Hornhautverkrümmung, perfekt passt, wie bei der Brille vom Optiker! Die Sonnenbrille gefällt mir optisch nicht zu 100%, aber damit muss man rechnen, wenn man die Brille nicht vor Ort anprobieren kann. Alles in allem bin ich absolut zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen! Die Brillen habe ich selbst gezahlt. Meine Bewertung kommt von mir und ist NICHT in Kooperation mit Firmoo oder Ähnlichem.

I have ordered glasses from Firmoo for many years; ever since I needed prescription glasses. They have always been super responsive and reliable. All the spec on their website are on point and accurate from my experience. I am not sure what kind of magics they're pulling but the glasses have been superb for the prices; they're almost too good. Suprisingly, I ordered a pair of $500 Raybans elsewhere but I never wore it because of how suprisinly comfortable Firmoo's glasses are. I am definitely sticking with them in the forseeable future. Highly recommended!

I ordered my glasses and I relayed the prescription but I read it wrong so when my glasses came I was not able to see out of them properly..I contacted Firmoo and sent them a copy of my prescription..they saw that I had made an error when relaying the prescription ..they told me what went wrong...but to keep my first glasses and donate them..and that they would send me another pair ..no charge..which they did..and the glasses were perfect! Thanks so much Firmoo..I will definitely use your service again!!
