My own experience is flawless and the delivery was fast. Quality is good and price is cheap when compared to similar suppliers. They follow up the customer to ensure that everything is great and even contacted me to ensure that I had entered the order correctly.

No lo recomiendo, las gafas que mandé a hacer no son de la gradación correcta. Además, fallan en la gestión de post venta. Envié un correo el día lunes, en su página declaran tener una política de respuesta de 24 horas, pero es viernes y aún no recibo un correo de vuelta que me ayude a gestionar el reembolso de 2 gafas que he comprado. La página también presenta problemas, sólo se puede solicitar el reembolso de 1 gafas por pedido, pero como aproveché la promoción 2x1 y ninguna viene bien con la gradación de mi receta, necesito contactar con alguien que lo solucione. Tienen marcos muy bonitos pero en realidad es una pérdida de tiempo por estos errores
