Great customer service. Fast replies and great resolutions. Thank you so much again!

Customer service was really helpful and guided me every step of the way. I was reluctant at first to take assistance until I actually found the frames that I wanted, but eventually decided to take assistance. The CSRs I encountered was patient, and informative and made the process of purchasing hassle-free. Great service. I will surely recommend Firmoo

Firmoo is an excellent company in terms of pricing, customer service, product, delivery.... you can not go wrong ordering from them. Absolutly a user friendly website that you can choose the best frame from and process your order along with your prescription. I would recommend them to my family and friends and will order only from Firmoo.

The service is awesome and always receive my glasses on time
