I had an issue with a pair of glasses I'd bought, and I didn't realize the issue was actually my mistake. The agent Mars I spoke to was able to relay this while assisting me amazingly and helping me repurchase the correct pair for free. I'm a customer experience agent myself, and Mars was one of the kindest, most helpful agents I've ever interacted with for any company I've dealt with. They not only helped me with my issue, but they truly went above and beyond, checking my account and letting me know I had a $10 coupon I hadn't used, then making sure it was emailed to me so it wouldn't expire. And this was AFTER giving me a coupon code to repurchase my glasses for free and giving me expedited shipping! I wish more representatives could be like Mars!

Order: 22040415491222 Good things about the company: 1) very friendly staff to help you if you have any questions. They have live chat, email and phone. Really good service in the customer service side. 2) fairly quick shipping times 3) cheap prices bad side: 1) the nose pads are not tight 2) the lenses are "not quite clear", despite cleaning as advised. This is despite the prescription being correct and I can see perfectly with them for corrective eyesight purposes. In view that other people have the same issue, this is clearly not a unique issue to me. I will edit it this review once I have a satisfactory reply/soloution from Firmoo.

Well the great thing about Firmoo was once I had placed my order and realized that I literally just ordered a pair of glasses that I already owned I was able to use their chat feature and worked with an agent who helped me get a different frame picked out which was amazing customer service. The glasses arrived really quickly and they fit perfectly I love the frames and get so many compliments when I wear them. I would never order from anywhere else.
