I got my glasses and they were perfect. They fit exactly as shown on the "try it on" option showed. My glasses were prescription and they did not disappoint. Given that I in Bahamas, shipping did not take long at all (3weeks). I have recommended this site to all of my friends and family. Completely worth the buy. Definitely will be purchasing again!

Great customer service. I had an issue and it was promptly resolved above and beyond expectations. The product is fantastic quality. I love these glasses more than my expensive ones from a local store. I can see better and they feel better. I’m beyond impressed!

To be honest this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service and customer care. I made errors never having ordered glasses online before, and the result was I got two pairs of glasses which I couldn’t use. I asked for an exchange and they were so helpful, and I realised the mistakes I had made. I was given a virtual voucher and didn’t even have to send the glasses back. I will donate them. The frames themselves were gorgeous and the lenses extremely high quality and well fitted. And the extra coatings so worth it. I will tell everyone I know to use Firmoo and will definitely be re ordering next year. I really can’t praise this company enough. They are exceptional.

Got these as a temporary replacement for my current prescription, in case i need them. My old pair was pretty expensive and these were affordable so decided to try. Pleasantly surprised how fast they were delivered. Got the express delivery and had them on ny door step in 10 days. Don't get discouraged by the fact that they're from China, most pairs are made there anyway. The frames are decent quality, look and feel sturdy enough. And the lens clarity is good. Ordered a prescription sunglass pair after getting this one, i was that impressed of the quality. Decent prices, fast shipping and no issues with order. Highly recommend. Take measurements carefully and you're set!
