Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over mijn ervaring met Firmoo. Ik heb mijn bril op **5 juni** besteld en heb deze tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen via e-mail, maar helaas krijg ik geen reactie. Het gebrek aan communicatie is erg frustrerend. Als er vertraging is, verwacht ik op zijn minst een update of een reactie op mijn berichten. Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik de klantenservice helaas niet aanbevelen. Ik hoop dat Firmoo dit alsnog oplost en beter communiceert met klanten in de toekomst.

Awful glasses, avoid! Customer service has also been less than helpful. The glasses break easily and are of poor quality.

ho acquistato circa 20 GG fa un paio d'occhiali giusto per provare perché i precedenti pagati 400 euro si erano rotti ad una stanghetta....beh non avrei mai immaginato che gli occhiali fossero così precisi nelle lenti e belli nella forma e soprattutto che la spedizione fosse così veloce e sicura (ho dovuto firmare il pacco ricevuto), fantastici!!!!!

The glasses are my exact prescription, and I have quite a high prescription! Everything shipped fast and they communicated well with me. Definitely recommend this site.
