Glasses arrived in good time. Really good quality. Unfortunately the bridge of the nose was awkward for me. I emailed. Within 24hrs a reply with options, I chose a full refund which they actioned within 24hrs. Excellent service. I will buy from them again when there is something that fits my requirements.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA Ho effettuato un primo ordine di un paio di occhiali che non mi andavano bene. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni per il reso, mi è stato comunicato che avrei ricevuto il rimborso senza dover restituire il prodotto. Successivamente ho ordinato un altro ordine, ma anche questi non erano adatti. Ho quindi chiesto come procedere con il reso e mi è stato risposto che potevo spedire il pacco all'indirizzo indicato, con spese di spedizione a mio carico, scegliendo liberamente il corriere. Ho seguito le istruzioni e ho effettuato una spedizione non tracciata, proprio perché una spedizione con tracciabilità mi sarebbe costata più degli occhiali stessi. Dopo oltre un mese, contatto il servizio clienti per avere notizie del rimborso e mi viene richiesto il codice di tracciamento del pacco, altrimenti non possono procedere con il rimborso. Trovo questa gestione poco chiara e contraddittoria. Se era indispensabile una spedizione tracciata per ottenere il rimborso, avrebbero dovuto specificarlo fin dall'inizio. Pessima esperienza.

Ich hab mir Anfangs Sorgen gemacht, wegen den teilweisen schlechten Bewertungen hier. Aber ich bin begeistert, hab zwei Brillen bestellt hab vorher ein Termin beim Optiker gemacht für die genaue Stärke und diese online eingefügt, hab Gläser mit Verdunklung bei Sonne bestellt und beide Brillen haben gepasst, würde zukünftig nochmal bestellen.
