This being my first time ordering my glasses online, I must say that I have gotten wonderful support in selecting the frame and filling in the prescription especially with it being so high. I was very sceptical and a bit scared it may not be correctly done lol. However, they were very helpful and patient with me and for that I say thank you. They deserve the best rating🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ganz toller Kundenservice!!! Ich hätte noch mehr wie 5 Sterne gegeben. Hatte versehentlich ein falsches Gestell bestellt und über den Chat ganz unkompliziert von der äußerst netten und hilfsbereiten Dame einen Tausch bekommen. Jetzt warte ich ganz gespannt auf meine 4 bestellten Brillen und werden dann über die Qualität nochmal berichten.

I saw a nurse coworker wearing these super cute glasses one day and I asked about them. She said she got them from Firmoo, and that they have great deals. I finally found a pair that work for me thanks to their virtual ability to try on the glasses! I got them with no delay, they fit great, and I plan to buy more with their great deals!

I got 2 pairs of glasses. The prescription was perfect in both, but one pair didn’t fit my face well. Customer service was swift and excellent in helping me take care of the issue. I highly recommend Firmoo.

Habe schon viele Gleitsichtbrillen sowie selbsttönende Brillen und jetzt Arbeitsplatzbrille gekauft. Waren alle super. Und wenn wir ehrlich sind produziert sogar Zeiss zwischenzeitlich in China. Warum sollte ich hier dem Optiker seinen Porsche finanzieren? ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden. Einmal hat mir ein Gestell nicht so gefallen. Bei dem Preis ist es mir aber relativ egal und ich trag die Brille beim Putzen oder Werkeln.. Lieferung dauert auch nicht länger als vor Ort von Optiker. Ein Vorschlag wäre evtl noch Markengestelle gg Aufpreis aufzunehmen. Ich werde jedenfalls immer wieder dort bestellen! Ach ja und auch der ansässige Optiker lässt die Gläser im Ausland fertigen! Letzte Brille vom optiker kam erst nach vier Wochen weil Werk der Gläser abgebrannt war... Und dreimal dürft ihr raten.... Es war nicht ein Werk in Europa! Also ihr Dauermotzer lasst bei dem Preis mal die Kirche im Dorf
