My order was sent and stated as 'delivered' twice yet both times the item was never recieved. So just be aware this may happen. The customer service is quick and responsive, I did recieve my refund regarding the order as I did not want to continue againt to try for a third time. This may be an unlucky turn for me personally and not a wide issue.

Sono sempre pronti e veloci a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio o domanda anche per la tracciabilità del pacco, ho ricevuto i miei occhiali(solo montatura) in tempo,ma ho sbagliato la misura, e mi hanno offerto un codice coupon per effettuare un altro ordine, regalandomi la montatura sbagliata!
