My glassed are always well made, they are delivered in a timely manner and the website is super friendly.

Excellence in every way. WebSite was very user friendly; uploading a pic to preview your frame was easy and accurate; Customer Care was very efficient and the finished product was exactly what I expected.

Absolutely love this company and my glasses!

OH my goodness, I will never buy my eyeglasses from any other place than Firmoo! I just experienced the most efficient, patient customer care in 68 years! I hate doing things online and get mixed up easily. Mars so incredible at clearly explaining step by step and staying with me till order was placed. The prices was so low I couldn't believe it on top of excellent customer care from Mars! They are the best hands down.
