My frames from Firmoo were not as they were made out to be online. I'm not able to return as I need to pay for them to be shipped again. Also, the delivery time-scale is pretty long. A waste of my money.

What a great company They delivered what they promised. They have so many frames to choose from you won’t be disappointed. My local optician quoted £510 and I got a perfect pair with the thinnest lenses for £79 including P&P. The site also has a try on function but I would check out the measurements again the size of your face. I ordered one pair and they fitted me perfectly so I ordered another two pairs of similar size. I did have a minor issue with the arm of the first frame but customer service (Irish) sorted out and I am satisfied. This is the first company that delivers their promises. Unlike other greedy companies, Firmoo is helping people to see by selling at affordable prices. Firmoo please don’t change your strategy, you deserve an award.

Vous m'avez permis d'échanger une paire qui ne m'allait pas en m'offrant un coupon rabais. Ce qui m'a permis de commander cette paire rouge magnifique pour moi. En prime j'ai reçu cette lunette en 2 semaines. Tout était en parfait état, je vois très bien et ma prescription est parfaite. Encore un gros merci et c'est certain que je vais revenir magasiner sur ce site pour mes prochaines paires. BRAVO et MERCI encore. Moi je vais commander à coup sur mes prochaines lunettes chez-vous.
